July 31st will be the deadline for a veteran’s name to be engraved for the grand opening on Veterans Day of 2011. All names submitted after July 31st will still remain in our database for future engravings.

 Attention Cornelius Veterans
The Town of Cornelius recently approved the construction of a Veterans Monument on the grounds of the Cornelius Town Hall. The monument will include the names of all veterans,
living or deceased, who had served in the U.S. Armed Forces, received an honorable discharge, and lived in Cornelius at some point in their lives.
